55th anniversary of China-US ping-pong diplomacy, documentary premiere in the HKSAR
This year marks the 55th anniversary of China-US ping-pong diplomacy. Your Serve or Mine, a documentary directed by three-time Emmy Award-winning producer Bill Einreinhofer, premiered on Tuesday at the Asia Society Hong Kong Centre. The film not only revisits the historic ping-pong diplomacy of 1971, but also tells the stories of present-day people-to-people exchanges between China and the United States. During a post-screening sharing session, Einreinhofer said he hopes that the spirit of ping-pong diplomacy will continue to inspire and influence present-day events.
