HONG KONG – The highly anticipated Ani-Com & Games Hong Kong (ACGHK) will return to the city on July 24 at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre with an expanded scale and stronger international presence.

The five-day anime show – the largest of its kind in the region – will bring together nearly 1,000 group and individual exhibitors, with a diverse lineup of activities including music performances, fan meetings and autograph signings.

A brand new session, ComixPop, will debut this year, featuring more than 30 local artists showcasing their original comic works.

Meanwhile, in Shenzhen, the 15th Shenzhen Cartoon and Animation Festival will also kick off on July 24.

Stay awake, coffee lovers!

World’s barista champions, leading coffee brands and coffee industry specialists will gather for the CAFEEX coffee and beverage exhibition at the Convention and Exhibition Center in Shenzhen’s Futian district from July 24 to 26, showcasing freshly brewed coffee, coffee beans and professional brewing equipment.

More than just a culinary experience, the caffeine feast will also share industry trends and insights, expecting to attract more than 60,000 industry professionals and general visitors, 250 exhibitors and 300 brands, covering independent shops as well as major chain brands.

A chocolate and whiskey expo will be held concurrently to provide visitors with a one-stop experience.

Clash of elite volleyball players

The final rounds of the 2026 Women’s Volleyball Nations League (VNL) will be held at the Macao East Asian Games Dome from July 22 to 26. Eight of the world's elite women’s volleyball teams – the United States, Italy, Brazil, Turkiye, Canada, Japan, the Netherlands and the host, China – will face off in single-elimination matches to crown this year's champion.

The semifinals will be held on July 25, with the bronze medal match and championship final scheduled for July 26.

The tickets of the event are priced between MOP280 ($35) and MOP 1,380, depending on the seat section and match.
