Hong Kong’s electoral authorities on Friday published the 2026 final registers of electors for geographical and functional constituencies, as well as voters for Election Committee subsectors.

A spokesperson for the Registration and Electoral Office said the final register for geographical constituencies lists 4,116,965 electors, whereas that for functional constituencies contains a total of 190,848 electors — comprising 182,359 individual electors and 8,489 corporate electors.

Meanwhile, the final register for Election Committee subsectors contains a total of 9,342 voters — consisting of 3,448 individual voters and 5,894 corporate voters, the spokesperson added.

Electors and voters can check their registration particulars through the one-stop personalized digital platform iAM Smart mobile app, or the voter registration website. Statistical information about the final registers has been uploaded to the website.

Notices on the inspection of the final registers were gazetted on Friday. According to the law, a copy of the final registers containing entries related to individuals may only be shown in accordance with the statutory requirements, and made available for inspection by specified persons, while a copy of the registers containing only entries of bodies may be open for public inspection.
