Chinese shares close higher Friday

BEIJING - Chinese stocks closed higher on Friday, with the benchmark Shanghai Composite Index up 0.38 percent to 4,124.19 points.
The Shenzhen Component Index closed 0.59 percent higher at 14,172.63 points.
