HONG KONG - To mark the 28th anniversary of the establishment of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR), the Home Affairs Department (HAD) is coordinating with community organizations to display national and regional flags across the city's 18 districts.
The initiative aims to enhance public awareness of national identity and strengthen youth engagement. Flags are being installed in prominent locations citywide, accompanied by outreach activities organized through local schools, youth groups, and district offices.
