GUANGZHOU - The 2024 Guangzhou International Light Festival kicked off on Saturday in Guangzhou, with the theme "Vibrant Bay Area, Radiant Guangzhou" as the annual event continued to grow in prominence.

The festival, which is being held at Huacheng Square, Haixinsha Asian Games Park, and Guangzhou Tower, will run through Nov 18 and feature 36 lighting installations, creating a light-and-shadow spectacle for locals and tourists alike.
