HONG KONG – Get a taste of the world’s finest cuisines and delicacies as Hong Kong’s 34th Food Expo opens its doors to the public from Aug 15 to 19 at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre in Wan Chai.
The expo organized by the Hong Kong Trade Development Council will showcase different thematic zones featuring delicacies such as foie gras in French red wine, New Zealand imperial salmon, Greek yoghurts with fruit, Japanese Ise vinegar, Thai dried mango, and Australian wild blacklip abalone in brown braising sauce.
