Hang Seng Index closes 1.79% higher

HONG KONG - Hong Kong's stock market rallied on Monday with the benchmark Hang Seng Index up 1.79 percent to close at 18,403.04 points.
The Hang Seng China Enterprises Index rose 2.18 percent to end at 6,531.99 points, and the Hang Seng Tech Index climbed 2.53 percent to close at 3,784.04 points.
