HONG KONG - The Security Bureau and its six disciplined services on Monday held a flag-raising ceremony to celebrate the National Constitution Day at the Immigration Service Institute of Training and Development.

The participating disciplined services in the ceremony included the Immigration Department, the Customs and Excise Department, the Fire Services Department, the Correctional Services Department, the Hong Kong Police Force, and the Government Flying Service.

On the same day, a local seminar with the theme "The Constitution and China's Modernization" was held at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre to enhance public understanding of the constitutional basis and order of the country and the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
