Braving scorching heat, animation lovers of Hong Kong thronged Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre on Friday, as the Ani-com & Games (ACGHK) returned to the city. 

Back for its 24th edition, the five-day event, which will run through Aug 1, is expected to bring visitors a jam-packed schedule filled with exciting performances, competitions, exclusive toys, the latest video games, and more. 

According to the official social media account of the event host, it might take three hours of queuing to get inside the venue on the first day of the exhibition, and a "3-time Express Ticket" was issued to save time.
