The send-off ceremony of the Young Astronaut Training Camp 2023 was held on Tuesday at the Hong Kong Space Museum.
The eight-day training camp in the Chinese mainland will run until early August. The itinerary includes visiting major aerospace and astronomical facilities, meeting aerospace experts and astronauts, and attending lectures on space science and aerospace technology.

Jointly organized by the Leisure and Cultural Services Department and the Chinese General Chamber of Commerce, the training camp aims to cultivate the youth's interest in astronomy and space science as well as enhance their understanding of the nation's development and achievements in space technology.
