Cross-border students come back to Hong Kong for in-person classes after a three-year hiatus at Fung Kai No 1 Primary school in Sheung Shui on Feb 1, 2023. About 18,000 cross-border students from the Chinese mainland were allowed to attend in-person classes in Hong Kong after schools opened following the Lunar New Year holiday.
