Hong Kong shares close higher

HONG KONG - Hong Kong shares ended higher on Tuesday, with the benchmark Hang Seng Index up 3.15 percent to close at 21,889.28 points.
The Hang Seng China Enterprises Index gained 4.06 percent to end at 7,538.55 points, with 48 advancers outpacing 2 decliners.
The Hang Seng Tech index rose 5.37 percent to close at 4,653.7 points.
