PARIS - Full back Leo Dubois scored a later winner as Lyon held off Bordeaux 2-1 on Friday to jump to pole position in Ligue 1.

Dubois struck a sensational volley deep into injury time to secure the vital victory for the host, helping Rudi Garcia's side move one point ahead of Paris Saint-Germain, who visits Lorient, and Lille who hosts Dijon, both on Sunday.
Karl Toko Ekamibi put Lyon in front in the 32nd minute after grabbing a chance from a corner after Laurent Koscielny failed to clear the ball out of the box.
Bordeaux pressed for the equalizer in the second half and was rewarded after 55 minutes when Samuel Kalou latched onto Remi Oudin's cross and scored.

Both sides created more chances but all the finishes were either wide of the target or denied by the goalkeepers until Dubois' winning goal sewed up the win for Lyon.
