BEIJING – Chinese Premier Li Qiang has sent a congratulatory message to Fatima Ezzahra El Mansouri on her appointment as prime minister of the Kingdom of Morocco.

The Chinese government attaches great importance to developing relations with Morocco and stands ready to work with the Moroccan government to take the 10th anniversary of the establishment of the China-Morocco strategic partnership as an opportunity to consolidate political mutual trust, deepen practical cooperation and promote the sustained and steady development of bilateral relations, he added.

Also on Friday, Wang Yi, a member of the Political Bureau of the Communist Party of China Central Committee and China's foreign minister, sent a congratulatory message to Nasser Bourita on his reappointment as Morocco's minister of foreign affairs, African cooperation and Moroccan expatriates.
