Hong Kong cyclist Chloe Leung Wing-yee clinched bronze in the women’s cycling road race event at the 20th Asian Games in Aichi-Nagoya, Japan, on Tuesday, taking the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region delegation’s medal tally to nine.
The 90.4-kilometer race featured 40 competitors, including three from the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Leung, 30, crossed the finishing line in two hours, 50 minutes and 46 seconds – 41 seconds behind Chinese mainland champion, Guo Li.
Leung will receive HK$250,000 ($31868.85) from the Jockey Club Athlete Incentive Awards Scheme.

The HKSAR has about 580 athletes competing in the 38 events at the 2026 Asian Games which runs from Sept 19 to Oct 4. It has won two gold, three silver and four bronze medals so far.
