PARIS - America's Ilia Malinin secured the men's singles title at the 2025 International Skating Union (ISU) Grand Prix de France, which concluded on Sunday.
Malinin dominated with a total of 321 points, finishing 40.05 points ahead of his nearest rival.
"I think I'll be improving a lot more. I think I can take away a lot from this competition. It was such fun, and I'm really looking forward to the future season," Malinin said.
France's Adam Siao Him Fa secured second place with 280.95 points, while Georgia's Nika Egadze took third with 259.41 points.
In the women's singles, Japan dominated the podium, with 17-year-old Ami Nakai securing gold with a total score of 227.08 points. Kaori Sakamoto, a three-time world champion, finished second with 224.23 points, while Rion Sumiyoshi took bronze with 216.06 points.
In the pairs, Japan's Riku Miura and Ryuichi Kihara claimed the title with a total score of 219.15 points. Canada's Deanna Stellato-Dudek and Maxime Deschamps finished second with 197.66 points, while Hungary's Maria Pavlova and Alexei Sviatchenko earned bronze with 192.76 points.
The ice dance competition saw France's Guillaume Cizeron and Laurence Beaudry-Fournier emerge victorious with 211.02 points, edging Britain's Lilah Fear and Lewis Gibson into second. Lithuania's Allison Reed and Saulius Ambrulevicius wrapped up the podium.
