Yemen's Houthis claim missile attack on airport in central Israel

SANAA / JERUSALEM - Yemen's Houthi forces in a statement on Sunday claimed responsibility for a missile attack on the Ben Gurion Airport in central Israel.

The airport, located outside Tel Aviv, was closed on Sunday due to falling of debris after the Israeli army attempted to intercept a missile from Yemen's Houthi forces, local media reported.

The incident caused damage and several light injuries.
