The premiere of the documentary "Hong Kong Heroes" about the Hong Kong-Kowloon Independent Brigade, commemorating the contribution of Hong Kong people in the 1940s to the War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression, was held on Feb 2.

Viewers stressed the importance of this heroic part of Hong Kong's recent history, and said hopefully the fighting spirit of the brigade will continue to be passed down through generations to make Hong Kong's tomorrow even better.
