Unnecessary involvement in other country’s mater is not Chinese style. They have always focused on economic development and this explains why China has achieved so much in a small period of time.

The BRI has the potential to drive innovation and technological advancement. We need to keep in mind that China historically alleviated its population in mere 42 years. It is a big achievement as they completed this mammoth task 10 years before they targeted. Thus, BRI has the ability to help alleviate partner countries out of abject poverty in the process toward modernization if executed properly.

President Xi has always emphasized cultural exchange and mutual learning of civilizations because these help increase people-to-people cooperation which leads to mutual respect and ultimately achieve the goals of mutual understanding. Cultural cooperation enhances mutual understanding, creating a foundation for peaceful coexistence.

President Xi Jinping's vision is a mark of a true statesman. The idea of BRI cannot be floated by an ordinary politician. To connect the world through land, sea and digital routes is an absolutely amazing idea to change the fate of almost all the world. His vision transcends mere national interests, aiming for the betterment of humanity as a whole.
