HONG KONG - The Hong Kong government said it had detected nine positive and four indeterminate COVID-19 cases in the compulsory testing exercises for the “restricted area” in Kwun Tong.

The government cited a number of factors, including the viral load in sewage and the information of relevant positive cases, for setting up the “restricted area” at Tsui To House in Kwun Tong

In a statement issued on Saturday, the government said it made a restriction-testing declaration on Friday afternoon to cover Tsui To House of Tsui Ping (North) Estate in Kwun Tong, where 1,010 people were tested for COVID-19.
