Hong Kong will see the second major poll under the revamped electoral system on Dec 19, when over 4.4 million registered voters around the city elect 90 members of the seventh Legislative Council. In the expanded LegCo, seats will be returned by three different sectors: geographical constituencies, functional constituencies and the 1,500-strong Election Committee constituency which was returned in September.
