HK police hold open day to mark National Security Education Day

HONG KONG - The Hong Kong Police Force held an open day Thursday to mark the sixth National Security Education Day.

The open day, held at the Police College, was meant to enhance the public’s understanding of national security and the police’s work in safeguarding national security.

The police showed off their prowess through various activities, including a professional foot drill performance; an anti-terrorism exercise by the Special Duties Unit, the Counter Terrorism Response Unit and the Emergency Unit, Police Band performance; and a display of various police equipment.
