Chinese Vice-Premier Han Zheng said China's central government attaches great importance to such issues as the national security and the electoral system in Hong Kong, and has fully listened to the opinions of all parties in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR). Han, also the head of the central leading group on Hong Kong and Macao work, made the remarks while attending a meeting with National People's Congress (NPC) deputies from the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
