Organizers solicit official sponsors, suppliers for 2022 Asian Games

HANGZHOU - The 2022 Asian Games organizing committee officially launched the recruitment of official sponsors and suppliers on Tuesday.

The first batch of sponsorship categories includes network security, non-alcoholic beverages, travel service platforms, fast food, and household electricity.

As official sponsors and suppliers, enterprises will enjoy provision rights such as marketing, reception, product service provisions and priority negotiation rights

"We will use digital marketing methods to allocate cooperation opportunities for the official activities, integrating all-media marketing methods, and allowing them to obtain maximum returns on rights and interests," said a committee member.

Organizers will solicit sponsors under the principle of "fairness, openness, and impartiality".

After enterprises formally submit their application documents, the organizing committee will draw up a shortlist of enterprises and conduct negotiations.

Sponsors for the Hangzhou Asian Games are divided into official partners, official sponsors, and official suppliers.
