Kim In-chul, the foreign ministry spokesman, told a routine press briefing that Kang and Lavrov will have a meeting in Moscow next Monday to exchange views over situations on the peninsula and in the region.
The ministers will also discuss ways to develop bilateral relations ahead of the 30th anniversary next year of the establishment of the bilateral diplomatic ties
The spokesman said the ministers will also discuss ways to develop bilateral relations ahead of the 30th anniversary next year of the establishment of the bilateral diplomatic ties.
The meeting would come amid the stalled nuclear negotiations between the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK) and the United States.
The second summit between top DPRK leader Kim Jong-un and US President Donald Trump ended with no agreement in late February in the Vietnamese capital of Hanoi.
