HONG KONG - More than 1 million people have signed an online petition against violence in Hong Kong as of Saturday night.
The campaign was initiated by Safeguard Hong Kong Alliance after violent protests triggered by the extradition bill incident roiled the city since June.
The online petition also calls for the support of the anti-mask law, imposed by the HKSAR government last month in a bid to curb violence.
