HONG KONG - Wong Wai's solo goal helped Eastern Lions defeated Hong Kong Pegasus 1-0 in the 2019-20 Hong Kong Premier League here on Sunday.
Eastern Lions almost opened the score in the 32nd minute when Joao Emir delivered a corner-kick towards the middle. Clayton Afonso soared high but sent his header wide off target.

Hong Kong Pegasus fought back in the 71st minute when Shu Sasaki opened fire in the box, but only saw his attempt being denied by Eastern Lions goalkeeper Yapp Hung-fai.
EasternLions finally broke the stalemate in the 86th minute as Wong Wai fired a long-shot from the right-flank and found the back of the Hong Kong Pegasus net.
The score stood towards the final whistle as Eastern Lions defeated Hong Kong Pegasus 1-0 to collect all three points.
Kwoon Chung Southern defeat Happy Valley 4-1
Kwoon Chung Southern defeated Happy Valley 4-1 in the 2019-20 Hong Kong Premier League.
Nikola Komazec opened the score for Kwoon Chung Southern in the 10th minute, while Mahir Karic equalized the game 1-1 for Happy Valley in the 27th minute.
Kwoon Chung Southern regained the lead in the 79th minute as James Ha broke the Happy Valley offside trap and fired the ball home.
Travis Major extended Kwoon Chung Southern's lead to 3-1 in the 86th minute, while James Ha sealed the win for them in the stoppage time.
Both sides failed to add to the score as Kwoon Chung Southern edged Happy Valley 4-1 to collect all three points.
Lee Man overcome Wofoo Tai Po 4-1
Michael N'dri's hat-trick empowered Lee Man overcame Wofoo Tai Po 4-1 in the 2019-20 Hong Kong Premier League.
Michael N'dri helped Lee Man took the lead 1-0 in the 44th minute, while Givanilton Martins extended their lead to 2-0 at the end of the first half.
Michael N'dri got his second goal in the 64th minute and finished his hat-trick two minutes later.

Wofoo Tai Po pulled one back in the 79th minute as Alessandro Leonardo unloaded a left-foot strike that entered the Lee Man net at the far-corner.
The score stood towards the final whistle as Lee Man edged Wofoo Tai Po 4-1 to collect all three points.
