HONG KONG - Secretary for Health Lo Chung-mau will lead a delegation for a three-day visit in Guangdong province starting Wednesday.
The delegation will visit the Health Commission of Guangdong Province and the Shenzhen Municipal Health Commission to further strengthening exchanges and cooperation with Guangdong province in the area of healthcare, according to a Hong Kong Special Administrative Region government statement.
The delegation will include the Director of Health Ronald Lam Man-kin, Commissioner for Primary Healthcare of the Health Bureau Pang Fei-chau and Chairman of the Hospital Authority Henry Fan Hung-ling

While in Guangdong, the delegation will also attend the opening ceremony of the Nansha International Hospital of the First Affiliated Hospital, Sun Yat-sen University and visit the Big Data Centre of National Health Commission for Human Tissue Organ Transplant and Medicine, the Huawei Li Zhi Yuan Community Health Center of the University of Hong Kong-Shenzhen Hospital and a community health service center of the Luohu Hospital Group.
They will also attend the launch meeting of the Shenzhen Hospital Accreditation Research Center.
The delegation will include the Director of Health Ronald Lam Man-kin, Commissioner for Primary Healthcare of the Health Bureau Pang Fei-chau and Chairman of the Hospital Authority Henry Fan Hung-ling.

Lo will return to Hong Kong on March 31. During his absence, Under Secretary for Health Libby Lee Ha-yun will be the Acting Secretary for Health, according to the statement.
