HONG KONG - Hong Kong's Center for Health Protection (CHP) reported on Friday five additional confirmed cases of COVID-19, taking the total number in Hong Kong to 1,247.

The newly-reported cases involve one male and four females aged between three and 49. All patients had a travel history during the incubation period.
According to Hong Kong's Hospital Authority, as of Friday, a total of 1,125 patients with confirmed or probable infections have been discharged, while 111 confirmed patients are currently hospitalized, including one in critical condition.
