HONG KONG - Hong Kong on Wednesday reported four more confirmed cases of the novel coronavirus pneumonia, bringing the city’s tally to 89, with one more suspected case involving a 49-year-old housewife who works as a volunteer in the coronavirus-hit Buddhist hall in North Point.

The Fook Wai Ching She temple, located on the 13th floor of Maylun Mansions on Shu Kuk Street, is run by volunteers, with worshippers occasionally gathering for meals.

To date, 11 patients have connections with the worship hall, including eight who had visited the place.

Two patients confirmed on Wendesday are siblings who were among the stranded passengers of the Diamond Princess cruise ship. The 21-year-old woman and the 16-year-old boy — the city’s youngest patient diagnosed with the virus — returned to Hong Kong from Japan on the third government-arranged chartered flight.
