Hong Kong stocks end lower on Thursday

Hong Kong stocks ended lower in a volatile session on Thursday.
At the close of trade, the Hang Seng index was down 221.86 points or 0.84 percent at 26,204.69. The Hang Seng China Enterprises index fell 1.3 percent to 9,296.43.
The sub-index of the Hang Seng tracking technology shares dropped 2.1 percent, while the IT sector fell 2.31 percent.
